Forest Fawns includes virtual game assets such as accounts, deer, items, in-game currency, and progression systems. These assets are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and are licensed for use within the game rather than owned by players.

Virtual game assets may not be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real-world money, goods, or services unless explicitly permitted by Forest Fawns through official site features.

Forest Fawns reserves the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue virtual assets or features at any time in order to maintain game balance and long-term stability.

Purchases and Payments

Forest Fawns may offer optional purchases of virtual in-game currency or other digital content. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Forest Fawns does not store full payment details.

Virtual currency and digital content are delivered electronically and are considered provided once credited to the player’s account.

Refunds and Chargebacks

All purchases of virtual currency or digital content are final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Forest Fawns support may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions, including suspension or termination.

Creator Marketplace and Art Sales

Forest Fawns may offer features that allow players to create, display, or sell original artwork or creative content through official site systems.

Where explicitly permitted, original artwork may be sold for Forest Fawns currency, real-world currency, or both. These transactions apply only to creative works and do not grant ownership of virtual game assets or systems.

Advertising

Forest Fawns may display third-party advertisements on the site. Advertisements may be contextual or generic in nature. Forest Fawns does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for external sites or services linked through ads.

Player Conduct
